By maintaining the signature style of the House's wines, fresh, fine and elegant in essence, it aims to show the quintessential character of each given year. The Laurent-Perrier's millésimes (vintages) have excellent ageing capacity.

Nosing

With the nose :

The initial aroma is marked by fruit, with fine notes of minerality, toasted dried fruits and candied citrus. It evolves displaying hints of cooked fruit to reveal the wine's full maturity.

with the mouth :

The attack is fresh, with stimulating effervescence. From the outset, the Pinot Noir comes to the fore with good weight and marked by red fruit character with candied and persistent notes (lemon and citrus peel) on a creamy finish.

Commentary :

Serve at around 10°C - 12°C.

Its good vinosity makes it a harmonious match for seafood and white meat such as veal. To set off the year's character, dishes will have to be served warm and subtly seasoned with spices such as saffron, curry but also with a warm butter sauce, cooked or dried fruits (almond).
