The vintage Brut is the expression of a single beautiful year. Using only Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the vintage Brut is a refined blend composed solely of the seven (100% grands crus) crus constituting our vineyard. The finesse and elegance of the "Grands Crus" are enhanced by an especially long aging period -more than four years- in our cellars. Thus the vintage Brut attains that rich fullness to which only a wine of noble origins can inspire. To appreciate the complex character of this wine, serve it at table! Nothing else will set it off so beautifully!

With the nose :

This wine is extremely complex, as the wine’s superb finesse and structure combine marvellously
together, with the Chardonnay adding its magical
touch in the form of its white fruit and lemony floral
aromas, while the Pinot noir contributes its power and warmth so characteristic of the year.
